GENERAL QUESTIONS

 

1. Where is Six Deuce based?

Six Deuce has its headquarters in Helsingborg, a city in the south of Sweden. We also operate out of Ankeny, Iowa, USA.

 

2. Does Six Deuce have a retailer in my country?

Please check the list of our retailers. 

 

3. Do you ship worldwide?

Short answer, yes. Long answer, to this day there has not been a location that we have not reached. From remote places like Réunion and Martinique... No place is too far.

 

4. What payment methods options do I have?

Visa, MasterCard, Apple Pay, American Express and PayPal.

 

5. What materials do you use in your products?

For our tights we primarily use a mix of Polyester and Spandex and depending on the model the Polyester/Spandex ratio can vairy. Our hoodies and tanktops are 100% Polyester.

 

6. How are your sizes in comparision to other mainstream brands?

Our sizes are in general a little bit smaller than the mainstream brands. If you have M in some brand that does not necesserily mean that you have the same size in our tights. This is the reason we have our own size chart so we strongly suggest that you check it before placing your order.

Most of our tights are also semi-compressive but we also have tights that are far more stretchy. We have written in the description which models are the more stretchy ones.

 

7. Are the tights see-through when I exercise?

This is not a simple question to answer since there are many variables. If you stretch polyester (or any similar fabric for that matter) to its limit, eventually it will be considered as "see-through". This is why it is important to chose the correct size.

We've had extremely few complaints about this issue over the years and that is a fact we take much pride in. It tells us that we are doing a good job at keeping this issue to almost non-existing.

We have also gotten very good feedback from our customers on how to keep the risk of transparency to an absolute minimum, especially regarding our white tights.

8. I have accidentaly ruined my tights, what do I do?

No need to worry, just contact us via the contact form and we'll try to resolve the issue. 

 

9. My size is out of stock, how can I get informed when my size is back in stock?

We currently don't have a system in place that can notify you directly. Until then please contact us via the contact form and we'll inform you.

CLOTHING CARE

1. What exercises / equipment can damage the tights?

We aspire to find the perfect polyester/spandex ratio in order to make durable and tough tights, but at the same time make them comfertable to wear. If made correctly, polyester can be pretty durable.

 

2. How should I wash my Six Deuce clothes? (and what to avoid)

The washing instructions are written on the clothes. We do recommend that you put the tights in a separate little laundry-bag to minimize the risk of items such as zipper from other clothes in the washing machine to get cought or accidentaly tear the tights. When purchasing our hoodies, a laundry bag is included.

 

3. Do your tights colour fade after washing?

No! Since the patterns on the tights are sublimated* and not screen-printed, there is absolutely no fade even after hundreds of wash cycles.

* Sublimation is a method of printing where the print actually becomes a part of the garment itself. It doesn't fade easily, wear or have any texture or weight in contrast to for example screen-printing which you can easily see is just a print on top of the garment and which fades and cracks after washing.

 

SIZES AND SIZE GUIDELINES

 

1. How do I chose the right size for me?

We have our own size chart. If you find yourself in between two sizes according to our size chart, we suggest you go with the bigger size.

 

2. What should I think about while chosing size.

Please follow our size chart as closely as possible. Since we have our own size chart we recommend doing just that. If you have size Medium in some other brand, it does not necesserily mean that you are the same size in our tights.

 

3. Are your sizes the same as other brands?

No, we have our own size chart and sizes.

 

ORDERS & DELIVERY

1. I have placed an order but haven'n received an order confirmation.

Yes, it's possible, but only if you contacted us in time and we have yet to ship your order.

7. Customs and import fees.

If you are ordering from outside of the European Union (EU), please note that local import fees may occur. For more information, contact your local customs office.

 

8. What is the delivery time to my country?

This is very different from country to country. From experience we can give you an estimated time of delivery but never a guaranteed time of delivery.
